Norman Sisisky (June 9, 1927 – March 29, 2001) was an American businessman and politician. A member of the Democratic Party, he notably served in the U.S. House of Representatives from Virginia's 4th congressional district between 1983 and 2001. Born in Baltimore, Maryland and raised in Richmond, Virginia, he graduated from John Marshall High School in Richmond. Upon graduating, he served a two-year tour of duty in the U.S. Navy.
